Specializing in California Cabernet, Oregon Pinot Noir, the Rhone Valley, and Bordeaux, the wine list is a true collection. Over 500 offerings allow diners to choose from a large selection. We are one of the few restaurants on Hilton Head to achieve the Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence.
Charlie’s daughter Margaret Golson has taken over much of the wine buying responsibilities. She is a Certified Sommelier under the Court of Master Sommeliers. Wine has been her natural passion growing up in the restaurant, and grew into a career after living abroad in Italy during college.
